Kevin T stands tall in his white Chartwells uniform. A hair net securely fastened around his head does not hinder his naturally flirty personality. Kevin sought out a job as a Chartwells employee because, "Somebody said they were hiring, and they wasn't drug testing. And it looks good for your probation officer." This drug test fearing man has been working in the SUNY Albany dining hall for about four years now.

This employee notes that some of his co-workers get easily annoyed with the students that congest the dining hall. Kevin T does not follow the viewpoint of the average Chartwells employee. On the students he comments, "Students, they funny. It just be the things I hear them talking about." Although, when it comes to unhygienic occurrences in the dinning hall his only remark is, "Students gross."

Kevin seems to have more of a problem with his co-workers then the students he serves. When questioned on the relationship with his fellow employees he notes, "They alright some of 'em. It just be all types of things they ain't here when I want to take my break and shit." However, Kevin speaks highly of his managers, "They alright, I get away with a lot. I come in late; like 20 minutes."

A Chartwells aficionado, Kevin raves about the dinning hall's wrap station, but won't go near the tofu. Kevin T sees big things in Chartwells' future, and has a game plan for its improvement. "They could do better, put a grill in, or something," he reflects.
